World of Warcraft Item Upgrades
Item upgrades give players the ability to upgrade their equipment that they already own. This can be done at any upgrader NPC.
Upgrades increase the main stat of an item and add extras depending on its type. Examples include Whistan's shield for FB sorcs and Goldwrap for casting builds.
Armour
Armour is among the most important factors that keep Link protected from injury in the majority of situations. While it isn't able to be upgraded like weapons, you can enhance its defence capabilities in various ways.

Weapon upgrade components can be found scattered throughout the world, from a variety of sources, including merchants or enemies. Upgrade components are a mixture of ingredients that you are able to incorporate into armors, weapons trinkets, tools for gathering and other items to earn an attribute bonus. They require the equipment to be of a certain degree to allow the upgrade. They can be upgraded in the same way as other items.
Upgrades are a mix of Smithing Stones (a type of stone) and Runes. They are used to enhance the effectiveness of weapons and enhance their scaling with other stats. They can be found among enemies dropped in the open, bought from a few merchants or as drops in combat.

Magic Items
A character can only upgrade one item of magic. If an upgrade project has been canceled, no further upgrades will be offered for the item. Upgraded magic items cost twice as much gold to make or purchase, but can provide additional benefits.
A magical item is an item that has some special properties or effects. Most of these items are weapons, however some include armor, shields as well as cloaks, potions rings, scrolls and other items. Some of these items have a sense of being.
Most magic items can be upgraded so that they are equipped with additional capabilities. This makes them more useful to players, or could help them conquer a particularly challenging encounter. A weapon infused with an ingredient that is unique could offer, for instance, an extra level of damage to a particular type of enemy. These items with enchanted abilities generally require an Intelligence (Arcana) check to use, and the spell cast is determined by rolling an index based on the number of Intelligence points spent.
Other enchanted objects might allow the player's appearance to be changed or create a completely new one. They can be especially useful for characters who have had to leave their homes, or are in a location where they might not be accepted. A magical item could grant them an invisibility effect, or make them invisible to anyone except a chosen person.
Utility Items
Utility items are equipment which isn't part of the categories of Armor or Clothing and come with a range of capabilities. Unlike Armor and Weapons, no one utility item can conflict with another. Most utility items have a passive effect which the player can activate when using them. However, some have additional abilities that can be activated by pressing a button or triggering a skill.
Generally, the most common type of utility item is the Flashlight that is used to illuminate the surrounding area. Other useful items include the Helicopter Cap and Rocket Boots which allow the player float in mid-air while moving and the Jetpack which allows him to accelerate in any directions when on the ground. Many utility items can be instantly manufactured in the Engineering section while others can be unlocked through research projects or experimental projects in the Proving Ground.
In addition to the items that are available in the standard inventory, players can also obtain the most powerful utility items by buying them from the Atomic Shop and also from seasonal Scoreboard rewards (such as the Shadow Goggles). Some of these items are upgradeable to increase their effectiveness.
The majority of utilitarian items give players a navigational advantage or increase the ability to fight. For instance, Sharpening stones crafted by the Weaponsmith boost Ferocity and Power, while Maintenance Oils crafted by the Huntsman increase Concentration and Healing Power.
